This role requires a person who can seize the moment, loves travel, can’t live without Facebook, Instagram and is able to communicate and get through to just about anyone. You can clear every doubt of the prospective WeRoaders and be able to reassure and convince someone in doubt that taking a flight to Cuba is just as simple as taking a bus back home. You will be our medium to reach out to our participants and the link between the product and market.
Role and Responsibilities
- Customer-obsessed and the ideal candidate will take ownership of various outreach channels to drive the sales (social media, whatsapp, site)
- Help guide our customers based on their needs and preferences
- Build long-term client relationships
- Engagement through social media and WeRoad Site
- Re-engaging existing customers to maximise repeat selling to pre-existing customers
- Enthusiastically Interacting with Customers
- Creating Positive Brand Awareness for Our Clients
What are we looking for/Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Highly energetic and driven to boost sales
- Working in a team, producing individual results
- Fluent in Italian and English
